THE EMPIRE ONE RUNNING CLUB INC., a non-profit organizaton founded in 1980, is a member of USA TRACK & FIELD and the ROAD RUNNERS CLUB OF AMERICA. We welcome anyone who is interested in recreational or competitive running. We value each member of our club equally and we strive to offer each member, regardless of ability, a meaningful running experience.
