This weekly 5k cross-country race is brought to you by   The Empire One Running Club.

The race course consisting of dirt and gravel roads, circles scenic Ashley reservoir.

The race is open to the public and attracts runners of all abilities. Age group records are kept and prizes are awarded weekly to winners in selected male and female categories. The remaining prizes are distributed in a lottery drawing . Refreshments are provided following the race.
